"The lobbie was very nice but hard to find. The room as soon as we walked in smelt unclean, there was a bad smell coming from somewhere, it turned out to be dirty moldy rotting dishes in the dishwasher that had a out of service sign on it. The drains in the shower and had basen were blocked with hair and water took ages to drain away. The carpets in the bedrooms where dirty, looked like they hadn't been vacumed in weeks. The bed sheets had stains on them. Finally there were finger prints on all surfaces including all the glass window. I will never stay here again and I recommend no one stays here"

"Hi there, I have tried my level best to contact your reservation team by email and phone for days. It seems you never pick up the phone or I don't know if you actually have reception or reservation. Just to have a peaceful mind, I have cancelled my booking. How can you run a service apartment business without any hospitality service. SHOCKING"
"Cleanliness was very poor. It's a non smoking unit but there are cigarette marks on one of the bed side table and some had used one of the cups as an ash tray, house keeping did not pick this up prior to my arrival. Clumps of hair in the shower and dirty utensils in the draw. As if that was not bad enough both tables, dining and coffee table were so cheap and wobbly they could not be used. Won't be going back."
