"If you want a decent meal don't bother coming here. This place was great for a while looks like it's gone downhill really bad. Service and attention to detail is lacking. Previously Missing food from orders, Wrong food given, staff made me wait extra 15mins as they wanted to have staff meeting for a personal b'day or something, whole crew was pulled from register and kitchen. Today was enough, the way they made the tacos seriously even five yr old kids would of made better tacos. I want to support this place as I love mexican food and GYG, but this branch is terrible in a nice way of saying. Don't recommend and won't ever come back unless major changes are made with management and food quality."

"Decided to get GYG for dinner and was really disappointed. We have been disappointed by GYG in Top Ryde before but wanted to give them another chance. FAIL. The service was friendly and quick but the food was below average. My husband ordered the nachos and got ground beef not pulled beef as we have got in or GYGs. I got the quesadilla and it was burned, limp and had no salsa, sour cream or avocado. It was just sad. GYG you’ve lost a customer."

"We used to love this place, but this time we visited top ryde and decided to have dinner here as it has always been great in the past. This time unfortunately had a totally different experience. First of all the food was way smaller than it used to be and worst of all the veggies were old and spoiled. Terrible experience and won’t be back."

"Ordering on the app here doesn’t make it quicker, you’re better off going straight in and ordering. On numerous occasions I’ve turned up after ordering on the app and still had to wait 10+mins because they haven’t looked at the online orders. A lot of staff here don’t want to make eye contact and act like they’re too busy so many customers wait longer than they have to. This morning ordered one regular breakfast burrito and one Big breakfast burrito. Couldn’t tell the difference in size (see photo) when I got back to my car and was in too much of a rush because they took so long to take them back. Guzman tastes great but if you want it fast with great customer service, Top Ryde’s not the best place to go."

"The food was average by considering the price ( 3 out of 5). However, the staff was very rude and bare minimum understanding of how behave with customers. They asked me to pay twice for the food although the transaction was processed in my bank account. Their system had problem in printing receipts but the staff was not aware of that. I tried hardly to explain him how banking transactions are working. I trained him some fundamentals although I shouldn’t do that. The company MUST train their staff before putting them in front of the customers."
