"Unsure why such consistent 5 star ratings given the actual offering and experience… This place has some ok-to-good pizza quality but the service and attitude is abysmal. You are treated as if you are inflicting some kind of pain upon these people when you come up for collection and it isn’t ready. Order a pizza for a time, arrive at said time, find out pizza is being made at that time - on at least 4 occasions. Like guys, it’s not hard to get your offer right. This is not a cheap offering - you are a premium… from a somewhat hopeful customer."
