"Please contact Josie to provide a refund after you destroyed my hair over two days. My hair was bleached to the point of breaking and falling out. They then couldn't get the toner colour correct and it was patchy blonde and ginger. Then left with half of my hair bright orange blonde and the remaining copper. They didn't care. Said my hair wouldn't take the colour. Rubbish! Went to another hairdresser the next day and she fixed it straight away. I would give 0 stars if possible. Terrible experience! My hair is now falling out"

"It’s been two months since no one have come back to me with any apology of their wrong doing with my hair. I decided to take my initiative to call em, and hopefully giving em a second chance to fix my hair. At first, I was happy for a while that my hair had been fix. Unfortunately, I received a very rude voice message (TODAY) from the same woman who had give me the bad attitude and follow it up with a threaten text message to tell me to take down the bad reviews ASAP. As a business, you should be able to take both positive and negative reviews. I was just telling the true back then and if they can’t take any constructive criticism. It is something wrong with it. Note: I AM VERY UPSETTING NOW!!! P.S: Approx $400 with my spending is including purchased those products from them!!! _______________________________________________________________________ As a long time customer. When I find out they didn’t update my details of my hair colour that I wanted in their records system and my colour was end up with the recommendation from my previous hairdresser. (Anyway, it was not the end of the world.) But, I was a bit surprised when I got that colour and I told the front desk woman about it. She didn’t even care. (I have to call it quits after having her bad attitudes.) I am a very loyal customer. Unfortunately, after me paying approx $400 each time of my visit and to knowing they didn’t even care . I felt totally disappointment with them!!!"

"Due to the restrictions few months ago, I could not visit my regular hairdresser. I decided to try one salon near home. My experience at Lattouf was amazing. I was greeted with smiling faces and a welcoming environment. I was able to witness that every client was in a happy conversation with their stylist. The hairdresser did a great job with my hair! I was super happy with my color and cut! Can't wait to see him again after the lockdown!"

"Got my hair recoloured recently by the lovely Mei at Lattouf. Very professional staff all very friendly and skilled. I was very upset before coming to lattouf as my hair was previously done by another hair dresser at another place. Mei listened to what I wanted and my concerns about my embarrassing brassy hair as a result from the other hair dressers. Together we worked out the best plan of action for my hair and it turned out to be this beautiful ashy blonde colour which i am absolutely in love with. I also asked Mei to keep my hair long and not to cut too much off as I was satisfied with my current length. Unlike most other hairdressers she actually listened and only trimmed a tiny bit off to keep my hair free from split ends. I have had very bad experiences where hairdressers would cut way too much off so I was very pleased that Mei listened to my needs. Would HIGHLY recommend Lattouf at The Pines. Will 100% be going back in the future to touch up my hair!"
