"I previously wrote a scathing review of Just Cuts because I was upset at having received possibly the worst haircut of my life. Though I didn’t receive the haircut I wanted or expected, Just Cuts stood by their policy and after consultation with the hairdresser and store manager, I was refunded the cost of the cut, which I appreciated. I note that during the times I was in the salon, there were many happy customers, particularly pensioner-aged people and others with shorter hair, whose cuts did look good."
