"Ling charges are extremely overpriced. 7 months ago I went for a simple trim and she charged me $50 for a 5 minute cut. I only gave her a one star for the work she did. Her customer service has always been poor the both times I went there. Today was the second time I visited the salon to purchase the Brazil Caucau Keratin Shampoo and she was charging $40 for a 300ml bottle. I usually purchase that shampoo bottles alone for $25 at another salon. When I politely asked her about why the price being so high and told her that the bottle hasn’t ever costed me for than $30 she replied “Go to the same salon and purchase the item there, why are you standing here?” Like she has no customer service skills. I only went to her salon due to my convenience at that time. If you’re running a salon, first learn to know how to treat your customers. My rating: 1/10 for the work -1/10 customer service -1/10 for the prices - does not even match the market around."
