"So this might be the dirtiest company I’ve ever heard of my girlfriend signed up for this course and was very excited it’s been over a year she still missing one of her packages and they want her to pay even tho she doesn’t have all the equipment. When she emails them they take a week or longer to reply. And when you finally come to an arrangement on a payment plan they still charge more then you both agreed to. It’s a disgrace"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR TRAINING! Their online course is not only poor quality and filmed using an iPhone camera, but is also way overpriced for a lash extension course. The lack of communication from this company is unbelievable. It’s been almost 12months since completing my lash lift and tint course and still no certificate. The website has been mostly unusable, and has been constantly crashing, when I first signed up, I couldn’t even start my course for over a week during Covid lockdown. And the website has been constantly crashing ever since. Then on top of that when trying to contact to find a resolution and also advise them that they haven’t been able to provide a service that I have been paying for they wouldn’t stop repayments . So overall I’ve paid $2,000 and still paying, for a lash lift and tint course that was complimentary in my course and was only valued at $750, and still no certificate! The eyelash kit is also very basic, you don’t even get pre made fans. And the lash lift kit was very basic, but you get no tint! Now Buff and Co haven’t bothered responding to my email because they fill know they haven’t uphold their end of the bargain of providing a service. Further action is being taken with this company, no one should have to waste their money during a pandemic."

"Completing a nail course through this company. The course itself is okay, does miss out on a few details on how to do things (eg right bead consistency). Your kit you receive is very underwhelming to be honest and I had to go out and buy a lot of stuff myself. Do be careful when they Offer you a “Payment plan” as it is actually a personal loan which I didn’t get told/advised about. I raised my concerns about the course and kit and they said basically said I was past the cool off period so they can’t do anything about it. I wasn’t told about a cool off period."

"Absolutely not worth the money, please do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for this kind of learning. Honestly all the information they provide can be found for free on YouTube. Firstly the videos are poorly made, paying $3000 for videos filmed portrait on an iPhone is extremely disappointing. As well as this, the system is confusing, they tell you to join a Facebook group for sharing content etc at the start of the course and throughout the videos but then in underneath each video it contradicts and explains how to use the comment section to interact with staff. Their email responses are also seriously unprofessional. You’d expect after paying that much for a course that you’d at least get a reply within a few days... try 2 weeks only for the response to be condescending and generally rude. Furthermore, they offer you a payment plan with no warning to the fact it’s actually a personal LOAN through a completely seperate company and then use this as an excuse not to provide any refunds. Not everyone is comfortable with this, including myself and this should definitely be made more clear when signing up new clients. I repeat, do not give money to this poorly run company that seemingly cannot function with the amount of clients to sign up throughout the Covid period. (One last thing, it’s 2020 please use correct pronouns when referring to your clients, not everyone wanting to learn more about this topic are GIRLS!!)"

"Package hasn’t been seen for 6 months and tells me to contact the courier to fix their muck up, still haven’t received my package yet they’re charging me. Also never get back to my emails. I’ve had to text, email, fb messenger and even posted a comment on the Facebook group chat because no one gets back to me. I just want my money back now"
