"I went into Aysan hair design asking Shima to fix my dreadfully coloured, damaged hair. I had little hope of it being salvaged. Shima was fantastic. She was kind and very caring and did an absolutely amazing job. I walked out extremely happy. I would recommend this salon highly. The salon was very clean and comfortable."
"My mum visited this salon before Xmas and recieved the most devastating looking colour. She has short hair and was charged $300 with no cut included. Mum found the courage to call and asked for a correction and was told only after Xmas and was then charged another $100 for regrowth which was as terrible as the first colour and undercut which looked like it was cut with a chainsaw. I never leave reviews but this was just the most revolting cut and colour I have ever seen."
"Please respect yourself and your time and do not waste your money and time with this salon; I share the photos here and you judge yourself. I booked a consultation appointment with Shima, she tested materials on my hair first and gave me her recommendations, photos are what I received after her so-called balayage job. She burnt and damaged my hairs, wrong colour, orangish/yellowish everywhere and uneven finish. I asked for the fix and what I received nothing. I don't recommend her or the salon to anyone; the majority of 5-star reviews are fake. Please be careful."
