"The building manager is very rude(Joe). If you are moving in or moving out on weekend you can't take your items out via lift because he won't be available after 3.30pm and before moving you have to take his permission that too he will give you particular time slot for move in. if you do moving in or out, he will charge you. Also if you brought some furniture online, like bed or fridge without his permission you can't take inside your apartment. Always you have to inform him for any furniture items which heavier. After 3.30 if you want to move in some item with his permission he will charge 100$ for first hour and 75$ from onwards. He will ask 500$ deposit before you are moving in and moving out any item. If you something wrong happens he won't give you so be careful. This is first time I can see to pay extra. He is really rude behaviour guy. Got this experience on first day itself.And on weekend you can't move in or out your item that pathetic for this building."
