"Good hotel with large clean rooms and friendly service. Easy walk to trains and buses and plenty of Ubers and taxis available. The restaurant wasn’t open the night I was in but they do have room service available. There is a pub across the road and plenty of food options in and around Westfield."

"Tired. This establishment has been at this for too long. It needs a full refresh and needs to be dragged into the modern era. Rooms are comfortable but old. Bathrooms need to be redone. The hotel is bearable but the owners need to reinvest in this place. Well situated."
"I have been choosing this hotel for business staying for the last 5 years and have been very happy with the overall quality of the rooms, service and location. The hotel allows you to get food from outside and offers cutlery if needed. Reception staff are friendly and flexible. Breakfast options are good, however I would suggest they should add some variations on the menu as having dame breakfast for weeks could be monotonous."
