"Booked through wotif….. already paid in sept 22. When going to check in they took another $200 security deposit. When talking to other guest looks like they pick and chose who they take this off. Oh and it take up to 7 days to get this back. Didn’t see this written in any communication that I would need to pay more. Opened wardrobe cupboard and the door came off in my hands. The window in the room I was saying in wouldn’t close and it sounded like I was sleeping on the road and the room was freezing. They also want to charge $15 to use the under ground parking. I refused and parked on the road since all they have done is take money from me."

"Inhumane place. Booked a room for a sick(nothing contagious just fyi) relative. She was discharged and arrived at this place at 8pm and they would not let them go into the fully paid for room since they wanted my credit card details, not debit which they had requested for and I sent through. I was then informed that my surcharge will be 500 and not 200 since it's not a credit card. This is a word of mouth policy that I was informed about AFTER paying for the room itself. Room was never used as they made the decision it would be better to kick the guest out in the dark than let them use the FULLY PAID FOR room, or even give her her money back so she can find better accommodation. Would not recommend to a single human who cares about their wellbeing. Especially when you're paying for it!"

"This was the worst experience we've encountered in our life's when it comes to accommodations and how very different the actual rooms were compared to website photos. Dingy unclean room, broken sleeper sofa with a damaged mattress, drips under sink, broken closet door, smelly and overall disgusting. We tried to check out early and get a refund but they refused and would barely acknowledge us when we asked to speak to a manager or owner. They even kept our parking fees paid for days we were not there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DUMP!"

"Keep searching, do not stay at this place! The manager would have to be one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I found out my accommodation was cancelled via email due to an error they made. They then sent me an email to rebook which I did but they booked me in on the wrong date. They took my money for the booking. When I called them to explain the wrong dates and to change it to the following night, they refused! They said they would not rebook/change dates or refund due to their ‘no changes/refund policy’ even though they were the ones who made the mistake! When I questioned his rudeness and unprofessional conduct, he kept dismissing me. When I asked him how he felt about a bad review, he said he didn’t care. I cared, I had no accommodation and lost my whole booking amount. I then had to go and book elsewhere far from where I needed to be because everywhere else close was booked out and then pay another lot of accommodation! Very disgusted in APX, never again. Disgraceful Manager, shame on you."

"lack customer service and communication skills especially over the phone, very rude and arrogant, in person was polite and nice. However was actually quite dirty all over, the hallway to our apartment building was filthy, when arriving into our apartment was dirty, didn’t smell nice and was very unwelcoming very neglected and had basic cleans done to it, bathroom was run down, bath tub stained shower curtain has black marks all over it and even bugs squished on it, all the walls were covered in black marks, so much Dust everywhere on the skirting boards and the fan in the upstairs bedroom wouldn’t work properly couldn’t get it to swing or move to face a different way, the wall about the bedroom looks disgusting, entry and exit is the same so if you are exiting in busy check in time, you’ve got to wait for all the cars to come in as they block driveway for $320 a night horrible"
