"This place is weird. It's clean. Service was ok (except the guys manager was hassling him on the phone while we're trying to check in). The room has cooking facilities?? Why? But no bedside table or power point on one side. It's like they changed direction half way thru setting it up. Don't get parking, cos there's always a random blocking the carpark."
"I travelled to Sydney due to my daughters eye surgery. I got a very special welcome and an upgrade for us to be able to be nicely comfortable. The staff members were superb friendly and courteous. I needed a quiet and peaceful stay to care for my daughter. The place was immaculate clean, and quiet. I was never bother. I will recommend this Hotel 100%. I am so glad that I pick this holt. Excellent services and great for the price."
"Wonderful Hotel, you would never guess it was right on the Great Western Highway as the rooms have excellent sound buffering. Hotel staff are polite and courteous. Beautiful spacious rooms of a clean, luxurious and modern, design, the best I've ever seen for a more budget friendly hotel. Excellent location for easy access public transport and only a few short minutes walk to Westfield Parramatta, what's not to love. If there was one potential minus it would be that there is only one laundry with one washer and one drier for the entire hotel which doesn't help when everyone wants to do their washing and drying on the same day. This is something to note for those intending a longer stay."
"Located on a busy intersection, you cannot park to get to reception to book in. I booked an underground carpark which was the smallest and hardest carpark to get into. Once I finally got into the carpark there were no carparks. I had to reverse the car out of the carpark because there was no room to turn around. I ended up parking a block away. The room although clean felt like a shoe box as it only had windows above eye level. Wont be staying there again.....just a lot of hassle."
"The room was nice. Everything worked. Disappointing aspect was the misinformation during the phone booking process. They sold me a breakfast package clearly confirming (on my questioning) that it was a hot buffet breakfast. The reality is that it's only a very modest continental breakfast. Parking was also indicated as being Included however when I checked in it was explained it was an additional $20. Parking in this area is limited but you can find a spot if you don't mind a 5 minute walk."
