I showed my hairdresser exactly what I wanted, and she went above and beyond to give me the perfect cut. From the moment I walked into the salon, I felt like I was in good hands. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my hairdresser immediately put me at ease. She took the time to understand what I was looking for. By the time she had finished, I was absolutely thrilled with the result. My hair was exactly the length and style that I had wanted, and it looked even better than I had imagined! "I went in on Monday morning to if my daughter could be squeezed in for a cut and blow-dry. Alexa was really helpful and was able to fit her in straight away. "Went in to Rouse Hill with my partner who wanted a trim. We had accumulated almost 20 stamps and were entitled to the free cut + blow dry as stated on the card. After showing the staff, they had a lengthy deliberation in the break room only to come out and say if we claim the free cut, we forfeit the other freebie on the card which we were only 1 stamp away from! I looked at the card, looked at her and asked "where on the card does it say that?" She responded "we are human here, you don't need to use that tone" Firstly, I was speaking calmly. Secondly, I asked a genuine question. She explained further that the loyalty stamp cards are being phased out hence why only one freebie can be claimed. I tried asking her how was it fair to cut a loyalty program short and let customers miss out on fairly earned rewards but she kept interrupting me... You know, being human and all. Told me to take it up with H.O. Went down the road to the Circa store in Bella Vista, let us right in and honoured the loyalty card no issues. No problems with keeping the card for the final reward either. The principle of this story is... If you insist you're human, try having more human-like interactions with your customers... Let them get their free trim. It's like... 40 bucks for crying out loud. Doesn't come out of your pocket does it? We will get one more cut and claim our final freebie... Afterwards, my partner, her mother and her two sisters will stop coming to your store. They were loyal, long-time customers and now they'll go somewhere else for better service. Negative reviews, loss of customers and loyalty. For the cranky human at Rouse Hill... Reflect on this story and the principle, and determine whether you really did interact like a human and whether it was worth it."

I was recommended this chain and opted for a initial consult but was swamped with inexperienced, poor and suboptimal service.
