"I had a concave cut and I am highly dissatisfied. The hair dresser did not partition my hair to make it look even. In short hair you can instant see if it is a bad hair cut. My hair is very short now and I cannot even get it redone. Its very bad if they are taking a client for a service they do not even know how to do. When I tilt my face you can see all the hair from the bottom of my head coming out. As per my previous experience in a different salon the hair dresser partioned it and then cut it and did it very patiently. Whereas here I was given haircut in just 10 min. Highly dissatisfied!"
"I do not recommend this hairdresser (Simon) to anyone. I asked him to cover the red hairs in my hair. He did foil around my head, they are orange colour. The result is in the pictures. Also, my hair cut is asimetrik. I paid $250, but it's not worth it, I could get better results elsewhere for the same price. My first and last visit to this hairdresser."
"After coming to this salon for almost 2 years I really don't know what happened in my last visit with Simon. I was so horrified that I was allowed to leave the salon as pictured because I had so much love and trust for this place. Please be weary when getting a colour service, especially my curly/textured hair friends, it can be such a traumatizing experience for POC when you don't have hair that can't always be catered for."
