"I have been going here for a few years and they do an excellent job. They give advice but also listen to your concerns and in terms of pricing I think it's very reasonable for a shampoo, blow-dry and cut. I have long and thick hair and they are so efficient and have never complained about it or charged me extra like some other places."

"I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experience at your salon. Despite my initial disappointment with the keratin therapy treatment, I was optimistic that we could reach an amicable resolution when I requested an appointment to meet with the manager of the store. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After waiting for 30 minutes, I finally met with the manager, who failed to offer any viable solutions. She was abrupt and rude, showing no flexibility or empathy towards my concerns. When I requested to speak with the owner of the salon, I was taken aback to realize that she had been sitting close to us throughout the entire conversation without acknowledging my experience. The owner's response was not only unhelpful but also offensive, calling me a "nasty person" and stating that she did not want clients like me. Such behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional, particularly in the service industry, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of customer care demonstrated by Hair Republic. Given the experience I had, I would not recommend Hair Republic to others seeking hair treatments. It is my hope that management will take steps to address these issues and improve their customer service moving forward. (Attached is the photo of my hair after the first wash)"

"Best Hairdresser Ever! Renee is amazing! I made the mistake of being impatient with my hair recently and instead of waiting for an appointment with renee the following week I just wanted it done now and I went elsewhere and needless to say it didn't turn out well and after what happened I was a bit distressed it couldn't be fixed. But Renee was able to fix my hair beyond my expectations. Back story I was wanting to go blonde from brown hair. Other hairdresser lifted my hair but it was uneven all over and there was so much red left and my hair was in bleach over there for 4hrs!! Anyway when I came to renee she was suprised I still had hair and said she will try her best without adding to the damage and well I think the before and after pics below speak for themselves."
