"Please do not go to this place! Went and got my eyebrows threaded for the first time at this store tonight I have only recently moved into the area. This was the worst beauty store I have ever been to, the store itself was so unclean and made me feel very uncomfortable. Not to mentioned they have destroyed my eyebrows. They are 2 different shapes it will take months for them to grow back."

"I normally would refrain from any negative reviews but having had a bad experience with this place, now on several occasions, I thought I may be able to spare other people’s time to not be wasted. After walking into Ask to have my eyebrows waxed a service they’re supposed to provide and finding nobody in the whole shop yelling out from the counter with no response and even calling the contact number that I found online for them with no answer. I went away for awhile after 10mins coming back to the same thing this time. I thought I might just walk down the corridor to check if they could hear me this did not work either even though it sounded pretty clear that someone was in one of the rooms watching something like a phone. I went away for the second time and returned this time. I went down the corridor again yelling out then thought I’ll knock on the door. It’s clear that somebody is in there finally a woman opened the door rudely yelling “no no I’m on my break!” I asked ok so what time do you finish your break? They reluctantly responded in about 10 minutes not that she seems keen to want to help me or even book me in. I would have been more than happy to come back at an available time had someone simply informed to do so which would have been much easier then wasting 30mins wondering why this shop has been left completely unattended. What ever happened to customer service or even more simply put up a sign! Not that I think that is even appropriate but it could have been the very least."

"Went in asking for a brow lamination and lash lift at 12:30pm, I didn’t leave until 2:50pm. My lashes aren’t lifted at all & my eyebrows while they were a perfect shape are absolutely ruined & mishaped. With almost all my brows having been tweezed out during the process. For a service that should’ve only taken 15-20 minutes to have been there for over two hours only to have my eyebrows ruined and lashes not even lifted is a complete joke."
