"I am highly disappointed with the service this laser center is providing. The sales girl dont know which part they cover under what price. When they sale you your product they say something else and when you come for service they say different.i was been told that i can pay for chin and lip and they instead of covering chin lower part ..as it does not have a lot of hair. They can do just the jawline. Also the girl told me that I dont have to remove hair as they help in removing that. After service they asked me to pay another 49aud to cover jaw line in next two sittings. The girl over the counter dont know what lower chin or upper chin includes. They just want to fool their customers. I have to stay with hairs on my face for weeks so let them fall on their own which is another dissatisfaction altogether. These girls were not at all apologetic about what they charge their clients and what they are offering. Hope they learn some professionalism and customer service. Additionally i dont think this is how you even treat lips and chin area. I am pretwy sure most of the areas din even get the shot. I can see literally hair on my lip and chin big ones which they say eventually will drop off miracally...god knows only what kind and type of service they provide."

"The service and the customer service not worth 1 star! I made a big mistake for going to this place for my micro! I was told different price and charged different price, I wouldn't have mind paying but the service was not worth 1 cent! The receptionist started arguing and shouting at me saying that it's not their problem "I have to follow up with practice manager who is always on leave'...."

"Was going to book here but it seems the service very bad by inexperienced staff and when someone complains to politely ask to speak to Manager (RENE) because she was burned. The manager could not be bothered to see the customer. She may not have left the awful review if it was handled better -I mean if I was the manager I would certainly meet with the customer and sort it out and compensate and apologize if necessary - they are YOUR STAFF!. Also train your staff no only in laser but also in "customer service' ie how to treat people. Being young is no excuse, as manager you are the person to train them about "Greetings", Smiles, apologising when necessary. Making people feel cared for and valued. Just NORMAL BASIC MANNERS. There are also nice ways of saying "you are a bit late I cannot serve you, can you come back again another time, sorry Hope you understand". Also don't ask people to arrive early the ignore them and then be late for them while they sit there while you are late. Glad these reviews exist. I was going to spend a load here. I think Manager RENE needs to read the book: "How to win friends and influence people" or she will continue to get bad reviews. People read them these days!"
