"I was really disappointed to see the social distancing queue floor signs had been removed at the checkouts. ( especially with the climbing COVID numbers ). I will need to rethink my shopping in this store as it is not as safe as it once was ."
"When I was at the till another customer went the wrong way through the queue and stood really close to me. When I asked him to move back to facilitate social distancing the other customer verbally abused me. The person working at the till did absolutely nothing when it should have been him to ask the other customer to move back, and served the customer after he verbally abused me. I was a regular customer but I won't be back after that."
"Just observed lady serving on chopped salad counter hug a customer and immediately make a chopped salad without changing her gloves or sanitising. This after touching the front of her mask several times before pulling it under her chin to prepare the food. Won't be getting food here again!"
"I when in this shop to day I ask for a large roll with to sausage and to rashers got the roll and it said 6 iteam on it €4'25 but there was only four in the roll I said it to the the girl at the til she went to the deil to ask that girl said I got the bigger sausage when I didn't get the bigger sausage so now I was paying for some thing I didn't get they were making me out to being a liar never in my life did I ever here in a diel u must pay more because it's a bigger sausage when they were all the same looking I going send a email to centra head office then I going to post it all over Facebook centra in killkenn"
"I am a regular customer here, but not anymore. I was very disappointed at the deli counter this morning when I was dismissed very ignorantly by a female member of staff. I was next in Q but was told wait while the staff member attended another person who had joined the Q at the wrong end. The customer behind me noted I was next... I do not mind if a mistake is made .. but to be dismissed in such an ignornant way is not acceptable. The staff here are generally very good but Customer Service needs to be addressed at this location in particular with the deli counter."
