"Ordered a burger for takeout. Without cheese lactose intolerant. They made a mistake and out cheese on it. I didn’t notice until I had gotten home. Rang them and they made another fresh one and threw in an extra bag of chips as an apology. Super happy with how they resolved it. Great resolution for the customer here! Well done and thanks."
"A fine lamb doner kebab tray can be had from this establishment. The menu has a fine selection of dishes. The seating area leaves a lot to be desired and there was quite a bit of food left in the floor under tables. It wasn't so busy that it would have been hard for someone to push a brush around. Price was fair and portion size was in line with what is normal these days."
"The food arrived around 40 minutes late and it was cold. We ordered 2 kebabs, one donor and one chicken. Instead, we got 2 cold kebabs and we didn't get sauce in one of them when specifically said that we would like sauce."
