"Lovely house and en-suites are a plus, and also maintenance issues are resolved very quickly - apart from leaving scaffolding up for most of the year. BUT it you want to stay in a uni house with good letting agents, do not rent from James Oliver. They are unresponsive to phone calls and emails and do not care about their tenants, just as long as they get their rent. Also, James Oliver himself is unprofessional and rude and will also not reply to any calls or emails. Don’t rent here unless you want bad customer service."

"After giving up on renting happily in Southsea, after endless negligent landlords and terrible agencies, James Oliver lettings are a testiment to what the rental market should be. Our home for the past 3 years has been well maintained and any issues solved quickly. With a fantastic team behind the scenes and a genuine care for us as tenants was felt throughout our tenancy. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Thank you for giving us such a lovely home, after 12 years of substanded rentals, it was a pleasure to rent with you and we only moved as we got onto the property ladder ourselves."
