"I don’t usually do reviews but I have to say I was so taken with the customer service in Maxi Zoo Liffey valley when Store manager Derek Boyd went above and beyond to help me get an orthopaedic bed for our Labrador Messi who suffers with bad arthritis. Not having one in stock he rang around other branches and when he located one he actually collected it himself and in his own time dropped it back to Liffey valley store that evening which ment we had it for the weekend.You don’t come across that calibre of service much any more that when you do it needs to be recognised and applauded Maxi Zoo are lucky to have you We are definitely customers for life Thanks a million"
"Rang in advance to check if they stocked the dog food I required. The phone was answered within 2 rings. Really nice helpful lad who went and double checked before confirming the had the food. Arrived and was served by the same lad. Very nice and friendly and its a fine big store with everything I needed for my dog."
