"If I could leave a 0 I would. The support from this travel agents in non existent. No reps on the ground and if you have any issues you have to ring the shop during opening hours. We booked accommodation to find out it was over booked on arrival. Put in some filthy horrible apartment block full of kids and parties all through the night. Absolutely no support from budget travel. Our room was broken into by someone who had a key and still Budget travel would not move us to a new accommodation. We were left for 7 nights to sleep in a room that a burglar had access to. No benefits to using Budget travel. I will never use them again."
