“We had so much fun here! The owner was great and had such a passion for his birds. His birds are very well trained and not intimidating to hold. They really are amazing creatures and it was so cool to watch them up close. Highly recommend. Plus, the backdrop for the pictures is beautiful!”

“One of my favourite places ever! I'm delighted that someone thought about creating a perfect banter for children. It's like a magical building at the heart of Temple Bar, with an absolutely stunning interior, fantastic staff (there's a particular nice girl, with long and independent hair, who's so nice, that she restors your faith in humanity) and great events. We love their art and musical workshops, was proud to take part in an amazing project called Put yourself in a portrait (2016 & 2019) but what swept us from our feet was Emil and the detectives performance. Never seen anything so engaging and magical in my life! Thank you so much for building fantastic memories!”

“This is a great zoo. The zoo is massive and the animals have quite a bit of room. Fauna is fantastic too. Bring your walking shoes because you will cover a lot of ground. My kids absolutely love it but you often see couples here too. Very family friendly. Keepers are great. Just an all-round great zoo.”

“Me and my niece went to maxi zoo yesterday for her new frenchie puppy , a girl with black glasses looked after us , I have to say this girl is brilliant at her job , helped us pick out what food would be best and gave us a lot of tips for the puppy , she was absolutely amazing Thanks so much , the puppy loves her new food”

“Had to buy a cage to help our kitten recover after surgery, hadn't been here before but it was recommended by the vet. Looks small from outside but it's big inside - not as big however as the smile Aisling greeted us with. She was SO helpful, explained about cages and helped us select the right one. Took us to the cat food section and recommended some brands we hadn't tried before. Great experience overall, we'll be back.”

“Can I just say, I was in the store today at lunch time waiting in the queue to pay when a really rude, loud and unruly woman was causing a scene over some cat food, the young girl at the checkout went and got the manager who was on at that time and she came out to speak to the lady. Well when I say speak the poor girl couldn’t get her words out because the woman kept on shouting at her and screaming “you had better apologise” but the manager was extremely good, she didn’t raise her voice she was VERY calm and polite all I can say is that she is a credit to your company because if it was me I really don’t know if I could have held back. There really was no need for that rude woman’s behaviour”

“I don’t usually do reviews but I have to say I was so taken with the customer service in Maxi Zoo Liffey valley when Store manager Derek Boyd went above and beyond to help me get an orthopaedic bed for our Labrador Messi who suffers with bad arthritis. Not having one in stock he rang around other branches and when he located one he actually collected it himself and in his own time dropped it back to Liffey valley store that evening which ment we had it for the weekend.You don’t come across that calibre of service much any more that when you do it needs to be recognised and applauded Maxi Zoo are lucky to have you We are definitely customers for life Thanks a million”

“We recently hired for a xmas fair event and electric zoo was a huge hit! Animals are suitable for little ones as well as the bigger kids - so everyone loved them and queued up again and again to have a go, they also look really cool! We would hire again. :)”

“I had a terrible hotel to Dublin due to car hire and flights gone wrong...but thanks to the very professional Green isle Hotel my holiday was not a total disaster. Very clean, well kept and excellent service from 1am check to my 4am checkout. The restaurant meals are excellent, especially the roast beef. I will definately suggest this hotel to everyone.”

“I stayed at the Ibis recently, I found the staff lovely and in particular the Receptionist Liz, she was so kind, and helpful with everything that I needed to help my stay be more enjoyable. I found the staff's friendliness, lighted heartedness and jovial humour gave a very happy atmosphere to the hotel. All the residents were a pleasure to be amongst.The hotel was very quiet, the bed was very comfortable, I had two nights of fantastic sleep. Breakfast was filling and kept me going for many hours.”
