"NEVER AGAIN! My visit last week will unfortnately be the last I ever make to Pets' Corner in Heathfield. My two sisters and I have always frequented that store, and found the staff there always lovely and helpful. But last week all of that was taken away by one miserable staff member who shouted at us from the doorway as we left, that we should not park in the Pets' Corner car park as it was "only for customers". Well thank you very much for the reminder, I *was* a very regular customer, along with several members of my family, but we will now never shop there again. It is certainly handy to park in their parking area, but I never do it if I am not intending to visit the shop and purchase something. Usually I will buy on the way back out (else I have to carry what I buy around with me). And why would I go to Heathfield to shop in Pets' Corner plus other shop(s) and move my car about - i.e. why wouldn't I do all my shopping with my car in the one spot and visit PC last on the way out? But this lady felt she had the right to yell at us, because we had decided while walking through the shop that we would get the dog stuff next time around as we were running late. When I said that, she said "Oh how convenient!" (or words to that effect). Well, sorry - but that's very rude! And you just lost some excellent customers. And I will not hesitate to tell all my friends in the surrounding areas of the apalling way we were spoken to by a staff member in your store. What made it even worse was that the car park - like the store - was practically empty! This Pets' Corner staff member has clearly not realised that treating customers well has huge benefits for them. Being rude and shouting at people will only result in your shop's loss. Not ours. We will all shop elsewhere from now on for our pets."
