"Why was it excellent is definitely a great way to start this. Recently had the opportunity to stay at the Europa hotel in Belfast, wow was I impressed. The front desk staff was honestly the most greeting and welcoming people I've ever encountered at a hotel. Our family was very nervous to travel to Ireland, then we arrived at the Europa and all worries fleeted. The room was spectacular, spacious, very clean, even well stocked for anything we could desire. Every time I reached out to the front desk for help they displayed the utmost respect for me personally as well as my family. They recommended the restaurants we ate at everyday as well as calling for a lift to help my family and I around town. The whole experience was worth every penny spent. If a welcoming hotel with a great atmosphere is what your looking for, don't look anywhere else. This hotel will be our go to any time we travel to Ireland. "Rooms lovely and warm and well equipped. Lovely staff. Nothing too much trouble. They use real butter on the sandwiches in the bar - that's the kind of place it us. Says it all really. Top notch."
"Lovely hotel, all areas spotlessly clean. Staff where very friendly and helpful, in particular the concierge, and having a bag drop was invaluable for our visit. Food at breakfast was lovely, but service did decline when busy but was really good when a little quieter with tea and coffee being brought to the table. Room was a good size but bathroom wasn’t ideal with a glass wall and a curtain surrounding only one side for privacy. I can see from reply’s to other reviews that there are other options, but unless this is something you are aware about from previous visits, you wouldn’t know to ask for an enclosed bathroom. Could this not be an option when booking or checking in?"
