Reviews
"Centrally located hotel which made it very convenient for nearby shopping, eating and entertainment. Breakfast was very nice each morning, always being filled up and a large selection on offer. We did have an issue with the room where our sink was blocked, extractor fan didn't work and a bulb was missing. After making reception aware it was quickly resolved, but we never received a new bulb and the extractor fan was left permanently on. The beds were comfy and room was clean, we would stay again . The reception staff were more than helpful!"
"Great hotel to stay in.Very central to everything. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and has plenty to choose from. Staff were all very friendly and attentive especially Chelsea, Marc and Sean Christopher who work in the bar, they looked after us so well and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted."
"The rooms were lovely and comfortable. What let the hotdown was breakfast which was the best and many people were left waiting for food due to them not being replenished regularly. The staff were not very knowledgeable about the area around them using Google to help and sent us to book a trip at a travel agent that was closed. The one thing that really blew my mind was they didn't know how to make an Irish coffee and said they would have a go but I declined as an Irish coffee is not something you 'can have a go at' The location of the hotel is great but you will have to do your own homework of where to go"
"Just back from Jurys for the weekend. We couldn't fault the staff, they were excellent. The room was fine, a standard hotel room. The bar food is very expensive for what it is and service is extremely slow. The breakfast was certainly not 4*, refills of the buffet were slow, so left waiting. No cups or tea bags, very slow to refill also. Car parking is supposedly discounted in a nearby public multi storey car park. You have to use your credit/debit card to enter the car park, but the hotel requires a ticket to apply the discount, so very misleading. Definitely not worth £460 for 2 nights"
"These are my likes; the lobby smells like Heaven when you walk in, the bed is comfy and the room has good space. The shower water is hot and relaxing. Staff are friendly, responsive and approachable. These things not so much; the thermostat has to be "powered on" every so often to heat the room up or turn the fan on. We turned it on, went to sleep, woke in the middle of the night cold to turn it back on. The sink is set quite low (my gf is 5'3" and even she nearly had to do a proper squat to rinse when brushing her teeth. I'll let you imagine what that means for 6'2" me. There isn't any free parking for staying here, you get a discounted rate at Value Park though. Overall yes I would consider staying here again, it isn't a bad place, just not the very most practical one either."
