"Originally booked into an executive king room at €375 for two nights. Was told I was being upgraded to a superior king room only to be given a twin room (room 318) with the two mattresses pushed together on a king size bed frame. Not good enough for a five star hotel. My girlfriend also had a bottle of perfume stolen from our room whenever somebody came in to turn down the beds . Manager wasn’t one bit helpful just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could really do about it. At €375 for two nights in a “five star hotel” the service should be way better. That was my second time staying in the hotel and it’ll certainly be my last."
"Fantastic!! Was here last night with partner. Staff were amazing throughout from check-in to breakfast staff. All staff were amazing but special shout out to a lady who was working breakfast today, brown hair wearing a suit (think a manger maybe) she was outstanding very friendly and attentive. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Belfast."
