"Hotel in a good location for transport, the bus from the airport dropped off just across the road. Rooms are pleasant enough, but mine was definitely not a queen as advertised. No bedside table or lamp, plug sockets hidden under the desk and hard to find, no towel rail so you end up leaving towels in a lump on the side... all minor things of course, but annoying when most hotels get these basics right. Super friendly staff though."
"My friend & I stayed here recently. We had a fabulous stay with a very comfortable bed, excellent clean room. Breakfast selection was excellent with good choice. Staff who we met during our stay had a very polite manner and definitely will stay here again, Good location.Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"We stayed here for one night. There wasn't hot water in the room, it was freezing cold. The intercom in the room wasn't working and there was nobody at the reception desk early in the morning (when we tried, again, to take a shower). The room smells a bit musty so we had to keep the windows open, even though it was very cold outside. The breakfast is very poor and there's only one table inside. We payed more than 200, totally not worth it, and they're not answering my messages."
"Nice hotel in cathedral quarter. Great for tourists as you're right by a bunch of good pubs. Clean rooms and friendly staff. They also have luggage storage if you need to drop bags off early or leave for a few hours after you check out. Would definitely stay here again. Nice convenience store right next door, and a great cafe one more door down."
