"Great Room 1 , perfect for a place to just crash when visiting was very clean when I got there communal area with kitchen and a living room space with the backyard for smooking is great. Service is great helped alot just over the phone would definitely recommend for a short stay."
"We really enjoyed our stay at The Avenue Belfast! The morning of our arrival we got an email with all the important details including the code for the key safe etc. Our Room and bathroom were both really clean and seemed to be freshly renovated. The common area was cleaned daily and the housekeeper was a real sweetheart! He gave us two umbrellas, because we forgot ours at home and it was pouring outside. Thanks again for that! When coming to visit Belfast again, we'll surely stay at the avenue Belfast!"
"We arrived and lasted like 20min before cancelling and then leaving. For starters the place is in a fare enough rough area, beside us there was this house with kid playing the flute as loud as he possibly could (Not the b&b fault but still incredibly annoying as is in the middle of a residential area) and our window facing straight. The bedroom was really tiny, the door kept banging it self on the door frame with the wind even when closed. The bathrooms are not onsuite so you are sharing, the showers are fully separated too so not a lot of privacy. Lots of noise coming from everywhere plus is very close to the airport and the planes are constantly passing over. Would not recommend at all!"
"Owner was lovely and let us in early. However, we found our stay unpleasant. Unfortunately bed was incredibly uncomfortable with one side being significantly worse than the other, which is difficult when two people are sharing a bed. The window was left open to let air in however, it was near the smoking area and on numerous occasions we woke to the smell of cigarette smoke. We didn't realise the airport was near and noise was an issue. The set up of the accommodation is not sound proof and we could hear showers running, people going up and down stairs and conversions sometimes felt as if they were coming through the door which was a little unnerving. There was only one key to get into the building and it was just tough if someone else took it. Room was budget friendly and very basic if that's what your looking for. Communal area was good. Parking was free and the city centre is about a 20 minute walk."
"Room 1 is bright and spacious with an en suite. No kettle in room but there is access to the communal kitchenette with coffee provided. Small astroturf courtyard sits out back with ash tray. Street parking is available out front if it's not busy."
