He's very good at what he does and he genuinely cares about doing the right thing for his clients. One evening our boiler started leaking. That evening Kem talked us through what to do to get it to stop on the phone, then came round to diagnose the issue in the morning and eventually replaced our whole system for us, all in less than a week.
