"A1 repaired my Miele vacuum cleaner and tower fan the same day for a very reasonable price. Also found a Miele hose which was in better condition than mine and fitted that for free."

"Extremely unpleasant experience that left me extremely upset and in shock for several hours - my husband returned after work to me in tears. Technician was astonishingly rude at every interaction, aggressive on the phone (having not called me back, then turned up half an hour earlier than agreed) and then in person, first walking into my home with no eye contact his hand up to my face not to speak, and continuing in the same manner throughout. By the time he returned with the card machine (I did not want to pay cash as did not trust that he was charging me £40 for a 'technical job' (fixing the door latch within literally 10 seconds, then with the machine now actively running he then went through rigmarole of pretending it was a programming issue & 'very technical')) I could not bring myself to let him back into my home as too uncomfortable. I have never encountered anyone quite so despicably rude and unpleasant, let alone being made to feel quite so uncomfortable in my own home. Absolutely disgraceful attitude and approach to what is supposed to be a paid for customer service. Strongly recommend complete avoidance, at least until there is no possibility of this technician arriving at your home."

"Wow! Amazing place! I found these guys honest and old fashioned, not after my money but after giving me the truth. It is a piece of old Hanwell, and worth it just to see the shop's grey parrot! When he said "Hello" in a husky voice I jumped out of my skin! Apparently he also says "everything for a tenner" but he didn't say that to me. Merely "What's your name?" also in a low voice for a parrot. The till is an antique. A quirky shop with old-fashioned expertise, and they know their stuff. The workshop is right there so they do the diagnosis there and then."

""Fantastic" Service After "free" Check of my washing machine the guy change heater as it was broken and charged me £175. Item cost £10-£20 online. I would advise to use local services which come home as I had to bring and collect it as well. No wonder why he is 27 years in business if he charge this much . AVOID"
