"I bought a fridge/freezer from Mr Ali I spent £200 on it after 2 weeks it BROKE DOWN. Everything defrosted. All came after 3 days,(not happy) repaired it and left. On 28/2/2022 the same thing happened again it took him 2 days to arrive, he obviously bodged the repair because after 3 days it has broken down again. I now know. Mr ALI IS NOT GENUINE because he has blocked my number without me even speaking to him. It is still under his 6 month guarantee. ANGRY..."
"I went there to buy fridge freezer, unfortunately it was all sold out,the owner was very friendly and told me to come after couple of days,I explained that my freezer is working but the fridge is not,and need immediately new one,and told me how to make it work again,am very grateful for that,bec. nowadays nobody wants to help,but wants only your money,a very honest person,thank you so much."

"I have been using these guys for a few years now, both to purchase white goods and for repairs. i have also recommended them to a number of people like friends and family. I have always had a good, friendly service. All products have been well priced and reliable. never been ripped off with repairs. However, they can be a bit crap with picking up the phone sometimes and there is a bit of a language barrier, but dont let that put you off., they are a very decent business"
