"The owner of this shop, Alan, is one of the most miserable and rude individuals walking this earth. He is very lucky to have customers - I only go here if I really need to because of the lack of friendly customer service. Pity because it is a handy store to have in Blackheath Village. Perhaps, C19 didn't affect this shop -because I am sure the customer service would be much more positive if customers are in short supply. Hence only 2 stars! I need a new dishwasher soon but will try elsewhere when buying it."

"Paid 38 pounds for the repair of a vacuum cleaner. I told them that the problem was in the motor. The engineer called me back the next day and said that it is better to buy a new vacuum cleaner. My vacuum cleaner was not even taken apart because it left marks on the screws. . I don't recommend stay away from the engineer."
