"I had a issue with my newly fitted system boiler and Vaillant has come out to fix the issue, at the time of their visit I was advised that due to flux build up I needed to flush the boiler and rest of the system. After searching tirelessly online I came across magflush solutions. At first I wasn't really sure if it was all genuine but after reading the reviews and talking to Mohamed my thoughts changed. I explained Mohamed the situation and he was very polite and listened to everything I had to say. He then asked a few questions regarding my setup and we agreed a date and time for him to come and flush the system. On the day of the works, he arrived on time and inspected my setup before deciding where he needed to setup his equipment for the flushing. He covered the stairs and the room he was going to work in with sheets. The machine had it's on tray and there was no dirt or water in the room he worked. Mohammed is very knowledgeable and knows alot more about boilers and setup than I expected. He was kind enough the point out any issues I had with the installation along with lots of information on what I can do in future to ensure the system is well maintained. He flushed each radiator and spent alot of time ensuring that each one was cleaned along with the boiler and water tank. In addition he was very kind enough to flush out my underfloor heating which was not in the initial works. Mohamed truly believes in customers satisfaction and will the extra mile to make sure he leaves the house with the system fully cleaned. I had issues with my underfloor heating not working well and he was able to identify the issue quickly and provide his workaround. If you want someone who had good experiences in flushing systems and will go that extra mile for you without ripping your off then go with this company. There are no hidden charges and everything is made clear before a job starts. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable engineer to come and powerflush their system.
