"Ive used them a few times for basic handy work and all OK. Then tried their Plumber services. Having taken over £150 off me a guy turned up. He diagnosed my issue as the shower head (like I hadn't tried that first) then decided it was something to do with my boiler. He told me what I already knew about my toilet, namely it needed new part. After 20 minutes of doing nothing except making everything worse, he left. After email and calls, I've heard nothing from them. never again."
