"Very disappointing experience overall. The apartments are well fitted out, reasonably clean and in a great location. However, beware the bond they will take from your account. 3 days after checkout am still chasing the return of the money and it has yet to appear back in my account. 100 pounds a night - so 700 pounds for us. its not held in pending but actually debited. Also one of the rooms we booked wasn’t ready until after 4pm, with lots of confusing messages about when it would be ready. Despite a “guarantee” of it being ready by 3.30pm. wouldn’t stay again. Just too much hassle."
"People who stay there should respect the residents...Last night which is 30th August 2021 in front of the 15th Sloane Gardens which are serviced apartments of the Sloane Club people were shouting and hollering in the very early hours around 3:00 am...They kept the residents awake and also noticed that one of them use our street as a WC...RBKC should take an action about the issue..."
"Great apartments. If you can, upgrade to the larger 2 bed ones. Well appointed and very helpful service team. I only wish they could serve breakfast to the apartment residents as well."
