"Staff at the counter are so rude and judgemental. Especially the hijab wearing lady and the tall Pakistani/Asian guy. They judge you by your looks and won’t believe you’re there for a parcel if you’re a certain race and get you to confirm a gazillion times before handing it over. Guy also dropped my parcel on the floor and didn’t even apologise. Like I’ve told you my collection number and my full name, what else do you want me to do? They really think they own the place and act like they’re giving you stuff for free when you’re a paying customer. It’s ridiculous. That’s not the attitude to have when you’re serving customers. The others are generally nice including one of the security guards and the brown haired lady."
