"Booked my dog and then saw the negative reviews, so was a bit apprehensive. The groomer, Leela, was calm, patient and did a very good job."

"I’ve been taking my dog here for a few years and generally it’s been fine. But the last time I collected him I was told that he’d been aggressive and was shown a video of him growling when the groomer was trying to groom him. She then went on to tell me that he must be in pain, likely with a broken or fractured bone. My dog is the most docile dog and has never previously shown any signs of aggression. Upon inspection on having brought him home, he has several nicks, one very deep. Considering he was only getting a trim, how he has been cut on the skin in so many places is baffling. Not only this one of his nails has been clipped far too far down. I’ve had him checked and there are no physical issues. Upon bringing him home I also noticed that his paws hadn’t even been washed and all four of his legs were cut to different lengths. When I went to collect him I could see the groomer had him on the grooming table and was walking around with him unattended. Since his groom my dog hasn’t been himself and has been very down and reclusive. I have been led to the conclusion that the groomer has in some way injured him and when he was growling at her afterwards, she recorded him to cover her tracks. Will never be returning and will never know what actually happened to my dog but suffice to say this place is horrific."

"Our puppy's first ever groom. She was still a bit wet when we collected her. What we didn't like though, was that on our way out we were teaching our puppy to walk down the stairs, when one of the groomers passed by and picked her up saying "I'll help you walk down the stairs", and started walking down with our puppy without asking for our permission. When we told her to put her down as we were training her, she took over the training saying "I'll show you how you do it". Again, without asking for permission or if we even needed her help at all. Rude and unprofessional. We will not be going back."

"I take my dog for the last 2 years for grooming and I always give a 15 pound deposit to book the appointment!!!whenever I want to change the appointment they always change it for me,today I called them to tell them that I want to change the booking for another day and they told me that I will lose my previous deposit and I have to pay again 15 pounds plus the grooming what do you think about that!!!this the last time that I am taking my dog there!!!"

"Had a puppy cut - i could not tell there was a difference; The dog still had gunk in her eyes. Complete waste of time. The manger was not helpful - not even a “sorry”. The customer before us also complained. Would not be coming back."
