"I honestly couldn’t give this branch less stars. I have been taking my Yorkie to Groom Room for years and recently started using the Ealing one as it’s closer to where I live. Took him there twice and both times cut my baby. On Sunday I reminded them he got cut last time so they should be more careful. I got to the underground and when I wanted to pick him up he was crying. I checked his tummy and he was cut again and people at the salon didn’t even have the decency to inform me. They also kept on telling me how busy and packed they are like it’s my fault they’re taking too many appointments without having the capacity. I will probably not use this branch again."
