"This was quite the journey - 3 separate chairs delivered and returned in a damaged state. Many months & many emails. Not the premium quality or customer experience you would expect for such a high price so something to be aware of before you go down this path. You will have the push Herman Miller hard and do your own quality control. The end product once it all works out is very nice, but I'm not sure I would go through all the effort to get there if I did it all over again."

"Since I was traveling for work in London I went to buy a computer stand from one of their brands that was not available in NYC. The staff in the showroom were SIMPLY AMAZING!!! They went an extra mile to help me get the product after checking the availability everywhere. Shout-out to the 3 staff members including Enrica! Thank you very much!"

"I echo some of the disappointment that others are writing on the service side. I went in store as I was told over the phone that I could get a reduction on multiple chair purchases in person. Was not able to make a purchase at the reduced purchase price when we went in. Was given the managers card and told to phone in to her to make the purchase over the phone. Left 2 messages and didn't get a return call. So we didn't buy any chairs. Considering we came in from Hertfordshire by car to Holborn, it's highly frustrating to have this experience."

"I walked in expecting a top tier service from a top tier company, however the service felt very stand-off-ish and I felt profiled in a way where the sales assistant assumed I could not afford or purchase the chairs that were available. I wanted to try out the chair I had in mind at a desk to see if it’s for me but they only brought it out to me at the reception and told me I could not walk around saying that the store was busy when there was barely anyone around. I was excited to buy the chair but my excitement was dampened by visiting the store. The service was below mediocre at best."

"This is a funny place. Although it is a show room, security check at the reception and you are NOT even allowed to ‘have a look’ alone. You have to be accompanied by a staff and there is a limited number of staff. Basically if a person before you takes 3hours to choose a chair, you wait for 3 hours."
