"A Howdens engineer came to fix the machine at my place within warranty and claimed there was an electrical fault in my house wiring. I had to pay an electrician to do a full electrical check in the house and turns out there was no problem. When I called back they said it was now out of warranty but couldn't tell me the purchase date. I did the sane thing and bought a proper machine elsewhere. The kitchens are nice, the appliances support not as much."

"AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I opened my account with this branch because they promised a gift - new Milwaukee Fuel 18V drill driver. However, when I came to claim my gift, they proposed Milwaukee 12V drill driver instead. When I asked them to explain why they misled me with the wrong information, they just ignored me and removed all advertising with that offer from the store. I would not trust the branch which is lying to their new customers from the beginning."
