"Very unprofessional staff. Rude , no sense to talk customers , delays in getting every tiny little things, even after paying for delivery we have to go and collect it. I would never recommend this branch anyone ."
"Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience with staff. I had some parts left from my order from Staple Corner branch to be collected in park royal. The first thing which smashed my mood was the aggressiveness of one of the cashiers who has not got much hair. It was a trouble idea to buy from Howdens. _____________________________________ It would be very appreciated if you could nominate your email address in your reply. I felt so humiliated during my visit there."
"Bought a kitchen at Park Royal outlet costing us £6k within 6 months runners for 2 of my drawers were damaged. Ran up the branch was told they do not sell these parts as spare - I was told to get them from B & Q - wouldn’t recommend to go to that branch. Appalling behaviour there. Hi Harriet Thanks for your feedback. But I would like this resolve please. By suggesting passing it in to the store has not yield any results. I have not seen any links on your website where I can make an official complaint This is unacceptable"
