"It’s rare that you find companies who surprise you when it comes to great service. However, our experience of working with Lucy and her team at Hi-Spec was excellent from start to finish. I did a lot of research when purchasing our Gaggenau appliances for our new kitchen – contacting upwards of 10 suppliers. Hi-Spec were by far the best in terms of product knowledge and their prices were surprisingly competitive. Lucy was able to provide excellent advice in terms of how to combine the various appliances we purchased: fridge, freezer, oven, steam oven and hob. Hi-Spec were professional, diligent, courteous and very accommodating throughout the whole process even weeks after delivery of the appliances. A great experience all round – I would highly recommend them."
