"Busy evening before closing. Staff (Karen and Rose) very professional, helpful and accommodating to all people that they saw."
"Very rude staff.... they don't even acknowledge when you walk in... no hello... nothing! Went in for my prescription 2 days in a row only to be told I wasn't on the system. My doc had told me to collect it here as that's where I got my last prescription last year. I was shouted at several times that I wasn't on the system from an extremely rude woman at the back of the shop. She didn't even have the decency to come to the front counter. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years and if I had spoken to any of my customers like that I would've been sacked! Customer service training is advisable.of I could've given 0 stars I would've."
"Worst pharmacy ever. Today they have lost 5 items from my repeat prescription. Not the first time it's happened. My husband has spent a lot of time trying to get my prescription to no avail. He has been there twice today, and is still there after 35 minutes. Their phone number is constantly engaged and when you finally get a ringing tone it's cut off after 3 minutes. Will be changing to another pharmacy. We all deserve a better service than that."
"In my opinion when this pharmacy advertises for new staff they specify that they only want “incompetent”people. As this is the only one closest to my doctor’s surgery and my home, I unfortunately have to get my medicine from here. Over the years the majority of the staff has been very inefficient but today when I went to pick up my prescription after 3 hours, it wasn’t ready. Reason being that they couldn’t read my foreign name, which as foreign names go isn’t at all difficult. Then I had to wait 20 mins for them to print two labels despite telling them that I had kids waiting in the car and I had to take my son to the hospital. The staff lacked any sort of compassion and instead had the audacity to say to me that “patience is a virtue”. This isn’t the first time though, every month when my husband picks up his medicine, he has to spell out his name several times because the staff refuses to make any effort in understanding. Their attitude always seems very discriminatory like if you have a foreign name then we have zero interest in showing any effort in understanding it."
