"Absolute joke of a chemist. Told to go back in 2 hours for a prescription to the be told to come in another 3 hours. Who has all day to make numerous trips to pick up medication. Shocking service at all times. I have never had a full prescription available to collect on time I wait over a month for items to be available for me. They also tell you to phone save you going in if its not ready but when you are in the shop the phone rings constantly and no one answers it or they take it off the hook after you have been phoning 20 times"
"The worst Pharmacy by far, never experienced such poor customer service in my life. Staff are very unhelpful and abrupt. Prescription handed down from the doctor 5 working days ago went in to collect it today Friday told it won't be ready till Tuesday (bank holiday Monday) Better Hope your medication is not important because they couldn't care less. Removed my Prescription from them and now have my medication, done 2 miles away without any problems."
