"Have a look at how staff in prisons deal with medication, hundreds of people in a queue and they get through it in about ten minutes, all identified correctly, no trickery just hard work, I seen about ten OAPs standing out this place the other day for no less than half an hour, with the average ten minute per person being seen, with three members of staff. I had to review the place when I seen this, it's amazing how you can so boldly be useless at your job yet because of unfair dismissal laws, they can maintain this level of uselessness so long, no other private sector area would have it, you wouldn't last a day in any other industry other than the ones that are privately run but have an almost unlimited access to the public purse, that's why they are slow and steady to see you, when the meter is running with the tax payer as a passenger, you will be taken for a ride. You are nothing but £££ to them. Your health concerns don't mean squat."
"Absolutely socking! Rude staff that are judgmental and have a god complex and seem to think members of the public are mind readers. Be prepared to sit and wait for over an hour with no communication as to why, don’t even consider asking as it’s as though you’ve spat at them and if you complain and go back to collect a prescription for it to have a hand written not telling you that your barred from the pharmacy. This level of service has been experienced by both me and my partner now."
"Went in asked for my prescription and it only took about 3 minutes to wait for it to be handed over, usually have to wait for much longer than that."
"When I am standing behind the partition it generally means I dont wish to announce the fact I have a urine infection to the rest of the shop waiting around for medication. Very poor customer service and a complete lack of confidentiality displayed by the pharmacist themselves. Wont be back!"
