"I have just gone through sheer hell. My G P was trying the phone in an urgent antibiotic for me. There was no reply, for two hours, still no reply yet 4 and a half hours later. I needed them or i would have needed to go to hospital. It ended up, i had to get my daughter to get away from her work, pick up the prescription then take it to be dispensed. They have sadly gone down hill. Some of the staff are very rude, and never apologise when things are wrong."
