I found Jody to be particularly helpful in providing our property with a hoover, which has allowed us to easily maintain the carpeted communal areas. I'm docking one star because when I moved into the property, there was no central heating, despite being promised that there would be. It wasn't until 3-4 months after moving in that the heating got sorted out."
