"Bought a flat in the building more than 6 years now, everything seemed ok, until now, a place that’s supposed by a home started turning into an overpriced 2-star hotel, when a new and highly unskilled manager Sean Harper showed up, turning trying to “fix” things up, mainly by smoking outside the building, think that’s his main occupation … other than that, the living standards in this place went from 9 to 2 - who and on what basis hired the guy, hard for me to tell, hopefully not for long, my pocket hurts every time there is a “service charge” to pay, as I am asking myself what for? Unprofessional concierge changing literally every week, that doesn’t know a thing and is not able to help with anything, picking up a delivery on your own after 7pm ( as if you didn’t order a delivery to be deliver at the door? Or showing an ID ( even though you have a pick up code for your parcel) as if you were there to steal someone else’s package? Not responding to emails or being passive aggressive when responding, seriously I hope the guy will get sacked soon, if not I will start a petition on my own to get rid of him, waste of my and all other residents money."
"Nice place and wonderful concierge. But they really need to sort out the approach to the heating supplier i.e. insite energy and heating network. The heating pricing is exorbitant."
"Ive lived here for 3 years and my experience have been horrible, if you order fast food after 7pm you have to go all the way to the reception to pi pick it up and they try say they do this because they don’t want the delivery drivers to be wandering around, but yet they will let stranger in after 7 pm to go in. concierge have no idea of what they are doing. The new manager is ridiculous. Nobody is happy with the way he has done things. All the old employees have left because of him. His decisions has made this apartment worse. When you answer a manager, he is nowhere to be seen it so upset that this manager has came in to the department has ruined a lot of things if things don’t change soon I will be leaving to a new home"
"if you’re thinking about moving in here, look elsewhere!!!!! if I could leave less than a star i would!! the concierge are great couldn’t fault them! but it’s the building management as a whole, especially our “landlord” / letting agency! not to mention there have been several things wrong with the place since we moved in (april 2021) that just haven’t been fixed yet!! for example: - we have a broken tap that constantly drips - our bath/shower screen has been put on wrong so it doesn’t move - heated radiators just simply don’t work and, leaving the worst till last! our front door is broken, broken as in it opens when it’s not locked, and can be opened even when it is locked!! save your money and find somewhere else to live!!!"
"It is an overall nice building but this Berkeley Homes development has some really bad defects that the developer just simply refuses to fix.....a few examples: - Hot water stops working frequently. I have lived here for 4 years and to date records show 58 days where hot water has stopped working. Longest outage has been for about 48 hours. For years Berkeley Homes refused to admit there was a problem.... - There is no warning system in case there is a need to immediately evacuate the building. Recently there was a bomb threat to a nearby building so the police ordered a full evacuation of all residents. How was this communicated? Email. No alarm. No floor wardens. Just an email...... - Entry door system that isn't scaled for a building with nearly 1,000 residents.... Doors breaking down. Elevators breaking with long outage. Keats building suffers more from this though than Pinnacle. - Hot water is provided centrally by Insite Energy. When I moved in it turned out it was then a 1* rated company on Google... There is no transparency on consumption. Thr company refuses to provide you with any historic consumption data. They charge you a daily rate even when the system breaks. Go figure. The building has many overseas leaseholders so expect many neighbours to be renters. Turnover seems fairly high turnover. So in short shiny building but with severe defects due to a sloppy developer that really doesnt take its obligations seriously."
