"An agency in which the agent deceives a potential tenant. I was with my fiancée meeting an agent named Alex. at the meeting, talking to him, he assured us of a complete renovation of the kitchen and bathroom because they are in a terrible condition (it's about the apartment on SW20 BUSHEY ROAD). after a few days after viewing the apartment, the agent stopped replying and answering the phone. when I went to the agency to talk to him, his colleagues told me that: 1. nothing would be done there 2. the agent didn't tell us the truth 3. The agent named Alex had no idea what was in the apartment and what wasn't there. besides, when we asked him when the renovation of the kitchen and bathroom would start, he replied that a holding deposit had to be paid and he stopped answering questions related to what he told us while viewing the apartment and avoided the topic. I will never try to rent any property from such a fraudulent agency again"
